Please leave your valuables at home and come in comfortable clothing that can withstand possible exposure to salon and spa products. Please be prepared to turn off or silence your phone and other electronic devices.

Your Ho’ala Salon and Spa Visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes early.  This will allow time to fill out any forms, change for spa services and for other services enjoy a cup of organic comforting tea or browse our retail area.  Adjust to the environment and begin the relaxation.

Each appointment begins with a consultation.  Our highly-trained service providers will talk with you, listen to your needs and design the service to complement your lifestyle, making your experience positive and comfortable.  It is our goal to have you feel beautifully cared for!

After your service, we offer to pre-schedule your next appointment so that you will always receive the date and time most convenient for you and the service provider of your choice.  Don’t forget to take a selfie and post.  We appreciate positive reviews and social media posts!

Running Late

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in shortened service time or may require rescheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request a 48-hour advance notice to avoid any charges or to receive a refund of your deposit.

Confirmations

We confirm appointments ahead of time by text and/or email.  Please make sure we have your most current email and phone number on file.

Promotions

We will email and/or text you with promotions, new things, updates and last-minute appointment openings.  We do our best to make sure we only send out information that would be of value to you.

Gratuity (Tip)

We recommend adding 15-20% gratuity to your services or more for exceptional service. Cash gratuities are appreciated. Credit card gratuities may be added to your bill.

Payment

Major Credit Cards are accepted. Gift Cards/Certificates must be present to redeem at check-out. A $5 fee is charged to each service visit. This is necessary to help cover the increasing costs of doing business in Hawaii and the increasing costs of our support teams. We thank you for your understanding.

Service Adjustment

We want you to love your service. If something is not right, please let us know before checking out or no later than 48 hours after your service. We will do our best to make it right.

Face Masks

You can now see our smiles – face masks are no longer required. If you prefer that your service provider wear a mask, we’re happy to accommodate and usually have extras available if you need one.

If you are not feeling well, we kindly ask that you wear a mask as a courtesy to our team and fellow guests.
